Use UptoPlay to play online the game Park Cardiff.
The Park Cardiff app helps you find a place to park in Cardiff using live information from the Smart Parking sensor system that has been installed into parking spaces around the city.
Using a simple red, amber and, green markers on the live app map, the Park Cardiff App provides accurate information about where you are most likely able to find an available parking space. The Park Cardiff App reads your smartphone GPS based location then directs you to your chosen parking space location.
WHAT CAN IT DO?
Each parking area marker on the map displays a colour and the number of available parking spaces. Simply tapping a map marker will reveal details of the parking spaces in that particular area. This will show you details about the parking spaces such as the hours of operation, tariffs, and other features.
You can find parking spaces either by entering an address or using your current location. You can also see alternative parking places near your preferred destination. You can also get directions to your selected parking location by clicking the directions option which connects the Park Cardiff app to the turn-by-turn application that you already have available on your smartphone.

Download as advised on cardiff.gov.uk where it claims all event days have closures etc. programmed in the app... it seems that's not true as it was happily displaying me the 33 coned off/suspended spaces on Fitzhamon Embankment that were being used for P&R drop-off, and guiding me down the closed road to get to them. On a positive note, the second set of spaces I chose from the app were accessible so it did help me out, hence 3* otherwise it would have been 1* as I downloaded it for an event.
What a load of old rubbish. After creating a new account, I logged in using my Gmail account. Beforr I could go any further the wanted to share my details with Cardiff and Google. When I declined the app took me back to the login page. Want to know everything from the cat's arse before you even pay for parking. Uninstalled straight after that!
Doesn't really work as it said there was 4 disabled spaces available but they were all full pointless app ended up having to pay £6.10 for parking
Why on earth do you want people to create an account to use the app? I should be able to see where parking spaces are without needing to login.
When you open the app it might as well just display a message saying 'just drive around, you might get lucky'"
