Parish of the Ascension of the Lord - Roman Catholic parish in Warsaw. Supported by archdiocesan priests. The parish was erected in 1984. The church was built in the 1980s. The oldest church on the high Ursynw in Warsaw belonging to one of the largest parishes in Poland. In the church there is a picture of Our Lady of Ursynw, who perseverantly searches for being crowned with Primate's crowns by Cardinal Jzef Glemp. In the church there are also relics of Saint Pope John Paul II, Archbishop of Warsaw Saint. Zygmunt Szczsny Feliski, Saint. Father Pio, Saint. Sister Faustyna, bl. Fr.. Jerzy Popieuszko and Bl. Fr.. A.Rewery. The pastor of the parish since 2012 is Fr. Monsignor Dariusz Gas.
