DESCRIPTION

Use UptoPlay to play online the game Package Concierge.

Package Concierge is an electronic locker system used at apartment communities to manage the package delivery and retrieval process. The system contains various sized lockers operated by a touch screen. The kiosk displays all residents who live at the community to carriers delivering packages. Residents are notified of package deliveries via email, text message, or phone call. The mobile app was created for user convenience. Through the app, residents have the ability to register their account, track deliveries, scan their barcode, manage dependents, activate push notifications, and update billing information.

Comments:

Other than enabling barcode access the app is fairly useless. If I don't enable email or SMS messaging, I won't be notified that I have a package. It will send a push notification after I pick it up and that's the only notification the app is capable of. That is completely pointless. I know when I pick up a package...I would like to know when one has arrived and is ready for pick up.

If I could rate this app & company 0 stars I would. There system is entirely reliant on package carriers manually entering the name and address for every package into a system. If the carrier has 20 packages to delivery at a building they have to enter all that information. If they don't then you will not get a notification and will not be able to access your package. There is no way to contact someone to allow temporary access. It's absolutely a terrible system!

After moving from a building with luxer- this app is a step back in nearly every single way. No way to see a photo of the label of your package, and the app is overall unpleasant to use.

The app has little utility. No notifications when packages arrive, no ability to open lockers (which would be better than using the shared touchscreen.) The barcode isn't even that useful. An NFC interface would be better, but even that isn't a thing.

I really loved this at 1st, and I still do in many ways, it's quite convenient. However, over the last several weeks, it has been one problem after another. I've not been receiving my notifications that I have a package that has arrived. I do a few days later a get a notification that is a reminder to pick up my package. But my product is already been sitting in a Box for several days before I am even notified. I'm dropping my score from a 5 to a 3. I hope things improve."
