`Split up the notification channels. One channel called 'miscellaneous' that is both for order info and, "hey remember we exist!!" notifications makes one want to delete the app and never use it again. I know you exist, I sought you out to order food. I don't need to order food every 3 hours.`,First time ordering was fine, had a damaged item but no big deal. 2nd time I was missing an item, Orderlivery replaced the item but gave me the wrong item. Support button in order history doesn't work, you have to go through the account page and use the support tab there.
My food was delivered fast and hot. The driver was also nice.
