`Okay so this app is pretty confusing but it does 'work'. When you sync the unit up it adds the new data in and then disconnects the unit. So the unit and app don't stay synced up and update in real time which is what I thought it'd do. Instead it adds in the new data then disconnects. It actually says in the instructions "Bluetooth Disconnect" which is what happens after it's synced. It's pretty confusing though because it makes you think it's simply stopped working.`,

Started off well but went downhill. When app syncs step total moves across but the following day the total reduces. I could have 14k steps done and it will transfer across but the following day it may only show 6k steps. Frustrating

The app keeps disconnecting from my watch and not counting the correct amount of steps that my watch states that i have done. Every time i want to check my status through the app, I have to connect to my watch. Yesterday my watch stated I had done 14k + steps, checked the app and apparently I have only done 7k. I have a Sony Xperia XA2. I am hoping something is going to be able to be fixed with this situation.

app is awful. you keep having to sync it with watch to record steps as it disconnects by itself. if you don't remember before 12am to sync it you lose all the steps.

Wouldn't connect and the instructions are not in the English which I learned at school in England. They're in a lazy Google translated type of English which is so rubbish it's unreadable. If anyone is thinking about buying a NuBand, please don't! Pay a bit extra and get something decent like a Fitbit."
