Recent changes: -Disabled the checkboxes, Approve and Rework By FSR buttons upon a bulk approval.
-Fixed the Auto Move Out settings to prevent them from appearing on the user permissions page with empty values.
-A fix was added to sequence the 'Meter Remove' event first and the 'Meter Install' event second
-Changes had been made while assigning a service order to a FSR, approving the service order, or completing the service order not resulting in errors.
