For everyone plannning to use this app to book flight tickets, I would advice u to book from the Airline's offical website as you would be charged minimum 100rs more on udchalo for basically the same things. Also, they don't have much of a customer support and it will be idiotic to use this app with such drawbacks for flight service which initially was good but become worse later. not much diffrence between the official sites of airplane companies, in my personal opinion you can book ticket from particular company websites and you will get the same discount by opting armed forces option ,so absolutely waste of downloading this app.
Fooling people. They charge you extra to book a refundable ticket without any intention to do so. If you ask for refund they keep denying it in some pretext or the other. Customer helpline is pathetic. Have moved over to ease my trip. Its much more trustworthy and reliable

Well it should get 4 star only even though it is having easier login and search capability but it lags in terms of trains here you have a option of booking tatkal train tickets which u wont get in make trip but here i gets but only one problem that it lags in terms of real time availability of seats it always gets changed once u login after your irctc login id may be because of delay in irctc severs or may be they r showing defence seats but i am afraid i'll have check irctc website for real time tatkal ticket."
