The app seems ok, and works fine. I only ordered one print, at 6x8. Recieved a 4x6, so not really happy, as it won't fit in the frame, and the whole thing was meant to be an Xmas present. Technically, I suppose that's not the apps fault, its the branch where the printing was done, but the end result is the same.
Rubbish app, signed in the first time with no issues. Then I uploaded photos and made a picture book (which took a lot of time and effort). Proceeded to checkout and the app stalled. Tried this stage again and again, to find I couldn't login again. Haven't been able to since, no idea where my photo book is as I can't log in. Thankfully never paid for anything. I will be uninstalling if login issue persists.
Used to be good . But now it's terrible. Get emails of offers on photos all the time but the offer code only works on the website not the app which is quite unfair if you dont have access to a pc . Should be the same offer available for both pc and app . Tried emailing customer service 3 weeks ago and no one replies . Really disappointed as I used to use all the time and were fine but not anymore gone downhill
The in-store app is terrible. If you are printing from multiple different sources, so let's say a few cds, memory card, etc, you pick your photos you want, format and processing, add to basket...and then of you load a new source, it makes you check out and print ticket. So then you start literally right from the beginning again, sign in, pick format...and often there's only three photos I want to print from each source, so getting 20 photos just to the payment stage take half an hour. Please fix that!
Extremely slow. I was disappointed to find out you can no longer get the Jessops desktop app. I wanted to get some photos printed, but it won't even load to let me edit the crop on the photos. I have a brand new fully updated S20 so it's definitely not a fault on my end. Please fix your app."
