`I have Videotron tv and the expanded tv package basic+30 and installed the above app. All channels that I am already subscribed to for play on the app! As soon as hit the Play icon an error "non- HDCP compliant" appears on my android LG K61 phone screen (also rented from Videotron), with the only option to click OK, to get out of the viewing screen. I pay for Videotron illico mobile monthly. If there is no way to resolve this, there's no need for the above illico Videotron app, us there?`,I cannot cast to my tv?! why?? fix it!! Also, everything is in french? Why not give the user the choice of the watching the original in English or watching it in V.F.?? Especially for the anglophone users out there! On my end, it loads fast and they have a good selection but all ruined by only giving the V.F. . I speak french fluently, even better than english, but I prefer watching with the original voices...

I dont know what's wrong with the app but when I'm doing a search, the app display episodes once even if they are scheduled multiple times. Like for example, I search for a show that is se2ep6, it will display it once then display the schedule for next episodes (se2ep7 and se2ep8) only. Even if the se2ep6 is played like 4-5 times before the next one. Why can't i see all those replays of the episode 6? Like if i missed the episode and I'm looking to see it again, i can't know when it plays again?
Terrible streaming. It's always extra frustrating when the paid stream is worse than the illegal one. I have Videotron high speed internet and yet Illico freezes after 4 seconds of streaming. I've tested illegal streams and they work just fine. This leads me to believe the problem is with Illico. I have a Samsung Galaxy S9."
