Too slow plus it's forcing to update but there's no option to update in play store. The most pathetic app I have ever seen. After registering, when I want to check my consultation status, it shows no records found. I have tried several times. Please check the app before rolling it out.
Add lodge complaint/grievance option inside the app. Becoz Dr is only prescribing medicine, no phone call or video call has been made to interact with the patient, also the chat option is one sided, make it both ways. feedback option can be there for the Dr. Mine is worst experience. Tried 3 times, only wastage of time. Pls test the app properly before launching it for public use.

It's really reliable and I strongly suggest that people who avail the services of AIIMS BBSR to play online the app. The app is a great example of the goal of the institute- " providing excellent healthcare to the needy no matter the circumstances" ❤️`,It has been my experience during last two occasions that I was unable to download/view Prescriptions after completion of teleconsultations, despite my several attempts due to some problem with App. Hence this App is of no use. Even my request to send Prescription by mail or WhatsApp was declined by Telemedicine Dept.
Is this app is working..? No response ,no notification , nothing from AIIMS after booking slot twice. Atleast they should communicate if the request is not processed and should have complete process in the FAQ. Think from user's perspective."
