Worst app for sales support. Never works in the time of need And if it's updated then I'll not for days.. version 123 is launched and it's 122 only.. Who manages this lazy work.
Terrible. Downloaded the app. When opened, it asked to update. Updated it. It asks to further get it updated from ABSLI website. Stupid!!!
Worst app and worst service of birla sun Life..customer support is the worst i ever experienced. After doenl5this app from play store you have to play online the version and after that it will not supported,you have to play online again from outside play store which is about to 155mb. absli you have to fix it up otherwise i will switch to other insurance company.
It is really a friendly user app but it often becomes the worst app for those busiest people particularly in sales professional because it always uses to play online update in kb taking & wasting valuable times. It needs to be rectified and upgraded.
Hi, I have purchased a policy guaranteed milestone from Aditya birla initially The payment premium frequency was anually but later I requested payment premium frequency change to quartly and that was done by team with out giving me information about extra charges now I have to pay extra amount in quartly mode, now I requested them to change back payment premium frequency back to anually they're declining, Hence I would suggest not to buy policy from Aditya birla as they did not give proper info."
