Comments:
The concept is great but the execution by Taylor is horrible. I bought the 7 way test strip because IT WAS ADVERTISED they are compatible with the app. However, it has been saying for the last year at least (since summer 2020 when I bought the strips and downloaded the app) that the camera is being upgraded and I'd have to manually input the data in the meantime. A year later and still the same thing, this must be one heck of an upgrade. Disappointing.
Super helpful from a company that really strives for excellence. If you make the effort to input the information on the web side (not the mobile app), you will find that product recommendations can all be customized. This is great for all kinds of different products that you can stock and use with calculated percentages generated for you. What would be helpful features to add/would like to see: 1. Ability to remove the recommendations section and show only water test aspects and treatments that were made. Rather than make a shopping list of items when it is being used as a service log by service professionals 2. Target goal for each treatment. In other words, if you want to raise something by 3 ppm, you can do so and then get particular dose shown and not just the recommended change which appears to be the mid-point of the recommended ideal... unless I am missing how to make this happen. 3. Have a notes feature for each report that easily accessible. I see that it can be done in the product recommendations... just have it be easily editable from the test summary list to edit it. 4. A URL accessible report would also be beneficial.Update: Increased to 5 Stars. EXCELLENT SUPPORT
I work for a pool supply vendor and recommended these strips before trying them, boy was that a bad idea. Completely useless app that doesn't function properly when going to the camera, fails and closes. Lousy job guys.
Great app, using the Taylor kit I would like to be able to record filter psi, and other maintenance like vacuum or chemicals I have added after the test.
I have the 7 way strip. The app will not read it. If a company is going to sell a test strip and advertise there is an app to use with the product it should work. Dissatisfied. Deleting the app'
