This mobile app made my expensive cameras fitted by the dealership useless. There is no practically possible way to retrieve videos or even start using this app. It keeps asking to connect to wifi. In last 2 years I only managed to connect to this app once after trying so many times. If an accident happens it's almost guranteed that this app will not allow to see the footage. What a waste of possibility.
What a lousy app! I have the urgent need to retrieve my camera footage after an accident but the app keeps requesting for WiFi connection when my phone is clearly connected to the WiFi.
keeps asking for Wi-Fi, and tells me black box is broken. using a samsung s9. really not happy with this app, it needs a fix. why does it need Wi-Fi can't we use the phones internet access
Keeps saying black box broken? I paid good money for the camera and I can't access my videos.
Dont understand the requires Wifi part. You mean my phone needs to connected to a wifi when i am in my car inorder to use the apps for all video application?'
