I have been experiencing phone instability issues after using the app, requiring a force reset of my phone. The app is very clunky in use and does not update unless I turn tracking off then on. Though it had improved takings for our Rotary trailer I am going to uninstall.
I would suggest that users register their interest in a route, then get a push notification when the sleigh sets out. Also that as part of the check list for the team is included setting up a mobile phone with app loaded. This will avoid users wasting their time expecting to be able to track a sleigh
Works perfect showing Santa moving through the streets which meant we got to find him easily. Loved the performing singers too!
Does not work gave it permission to use location but it does nothing when you click find sleigh
Poor. We know where Santa is and he has tracker on but we can't see him."
