The app doesn't work at all. Saw the other comments sating the same thing but was from last year & still not fixed.. please update the app . I like to the have convenience of controlling my air purifier through my phone. Especially since the air purifier is for my family.. Edit: since last post still nothing has happen.. I still can't connect to the app.. but I've tested it using An IPhone recently and it works.. Why, do they think only apple user want to use their app.. this is ridiculous..
Apps it self very good. The only thing that turn down, everytime i switch off the unit or off wifi or wifi having issue, it need to be resetting again.this really annoying especially when u r outside n tried to check or remotely adjust the unit, the apps wont work due to comnection issue.
bad rubbish apps... even till now, air purifier still cannot connect to this apps, call customer service oso useless, never improve their product and service.
Bad application..not user friendly...keep on disconnected...everytime need to reset the password. We dont have time for that...please improve
