`Horrible app. App always gives me the "inactive account" error whenever I try logging in. It also asks me to contact their customer service. Spoke with a representative who told me that their system must be down. I called 5 days ago, until now I can't log in to the app, but I can through the website.`,I wasn't able to make a booking with the app. It consistently said my session expired while trying to see what flights were available.
Excellent airline. Booking any place online is exceedingly difficult compared to competitors and compared to live counter with Philippines Airlines representatives.
It is easier to checkout on this app, but this app had less seat selections in comparison to their main website. I ended up calling Philippine Airlines so that they could change my seat to an aisle seat. Known Traveler Number entered showed an error. I ended up using their main site which did not show an error regarding my Known Traveler Number. It definitely needs an update.
`Dumb app. 1) Can't book a flight, the most basic and important of tasks. 2) Have to know airport symbol on some airports... can't search for it. 3) Terms and conditions are 28 pages and unreadable. 4) Frequent "technical issues" messages that refer you to their clunky website.
