Recent changes: We have made some important upgrades to the GuestHouser app. This new version packs some major changes, particularly to the host section. Some of these changes are:
1. A new dashboard with quick access feature that enables you to easily access new requests, upcoming bookings, today’s check-ins, and traveler reviews. You also get a new calendar and a new booking panel.
2. Enhanced traveler flow

They cancelled a fully paid booking TWO DAYS before check-in! They don't respond to emails. When you book through them you have an option of making a partial payment and pay the rest later. They don't tell you the final date by which you can make the balance payment but constantly send you SMS and emails 4-5 times a day which is extremely annoying.
This is one of the worst of all the apps I cam across to book a hotel for your stay. They will ask you for payment, confirm the booking and just a day before your trip they will cancelit, spoil the whole vacation and take 15 days to refund back the amount that too after 23 calls and 15 mails. Their internal company procedures are so slow especially when it is the case of refund. Please visit the site and book a hotel instead.
Please do not use their service. I repeat, please do not dare to use their service. These guys take you a ride through hell. 1. Pay booking amount, you don't get confirmation. 2. Call customer care, nobody picks 99%of the times 3. Luckily once you get connected, they pick the call and never attends you, I could hear them talking about movies, food etc instead of talking to me. 4. They say it's over booked and provide alternative guesthouse which would be pathetic. In short this is a fraud.
`A very "matured" useless application and zero service organisation. They booked with out room availability and they took a payment also from me (with out even a room) and taking about 18 days already to refund it. Still the refund is pending. Don't even think of using the service.`,worst app ever. booking was cancelled by the team and was not informed. we were waiting in the deatination an upon calling there were waiting tunes for more than 2 hours. after a long wait finally team initiated a refund request n claimed the money would get transferred in 7 -10 days. still i hv'not received it. n now when called again waiting tunes. they claim to have 9am to 9pm all day support but thr's no one online. customer support not working. we tried sending email bt thn also no response"
