The connection from the app to the seat is not working. I got it once to connect to the seat. But it hasn't been able to connect after that one time even that one time took me over 30 minutes to get it paired to the phone. Please update the app.
Seat flashes green when my phone connects to it via Bluetooth, but the app still says it can't connect. Even after disconnecting, Uninstalling, etc. Still doesn't work
Pretty much useless. Phone has to be within 20 feet of toilet at all times. Seat has no idea what time it is by itself.
Don't bother... The app freezes up every time you try and use it!! What a joke coming from Kohler
