We need a solution system is not connecting to the app.......and it seems that am not the only one .......system was working fine for more than 3 years.....fix your app......
So far so good. It would be nice if either the app or the manual for my surveilance camera set at least mentioned that I would have to do port forwarding on my router in order to view camera footage on my phone using mobile data. I had to search online for a solution. I can understand why this app has a lot of bad reviews. Unless you're tech savvy and already know that port forwarding is nesessary you won't know what the problem is.
Worked good for 3years now connection failure I can't even see my cameras away from home gonna get a Swan from Costco this app is junk
I am sick and tired of this app not working everytime my phone does a update. I don't think they have a clue on how to fix the problems. You would think they would be prepared for the new phones, but when i email them they basically tell me I'm screwed. DONT USE THIS APP.
This version was built for an older Android version? This keeps happening. Reinstalled but still doesn't work. Not good. Have to buy QSee, more stable"
