What a stupid app. Old app let me scan my tickets and play. This app is nothing more then a checker. Sucks like a Hoover wet vacuum cleaner. As momma would say, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Can't log in and do anything. I would give it no stars, but minimum is 1. After I posted this review, I went to the NC Lottery and got the real app. This is a knock off using a very similar picture. I will delete this junk aff my phone.
I've had this app for years and was told I had to update, so I did. Now I can't check my tickets or enter lucke-rewards, I can't scan anything. It want allow you to play games or earn any points. This update took away all the information. Please fix soon!!!
How do you scan for lucke-rewards and what about the rewards we have already scanned? All this app shows is results. Cant even buy tickets online now. This app is horrible !!!
It sucks , i have an account and P Word I've been using for a long time and when you try to sign in it says wrong P W or user id . If you delete the app and re play online it says you already have a account then you retry and says invaded user name or P word just a revolving cycle. This just started a week or so ago . No ticket scanner can't sign in It's just a piece of junk, I've had it. I believe they let useless roy cooper work on it. Today is 11/13 & I still can't get it to work. Ill just quit.
I had the old app that was working fine. Couldn't use anymore, had to update to this useless app. VERY DISAPPOINTED AGAIN. This is the second time NC Lottery has done this. WHY??
