COMPANY WAS VERY HELPFUL AND ASSISTED PERSONALLY IN THE HOME.
App states it's connected to controller, but does not work. Have uninstalled app and reinstalled with no effect. Have even hard switched until and app still didn't work.
Always fails
Generally happy. Would be better if it opened quicker. Would like to see the ability to change temp/mode settings for different programs. Eg cool for an evening program and then fan only for a follow on early morning program.
Ive had it for over a year and takes ages to open. Need to do something about your app.'
