Muve-IT Driver play online

Muve-it Driver is an app through which a person who owns a pickup truck or cargo van becomes an
authorized contractor and earns money by providing the point-to-point service of loading, securely
transporting, and unloading Customer items.
Muve-it Drivers go through a registration process within the app that include:
Answer pre-screening qualification questions
Account creation:
o Name
o Profile Picture
o Phone #
o Email address
o Mailing address
o Vehicle information: Make/Model/Year, License plate #, ownership, Insurance, Drivers
License (all necessary documents & pictures must be uploaded)

2-factor authentication is used to verify ownership of email addresses and phone numbers as a part of
the account creation process.
Once an account has been successfully created Drivers log into their account and mark themselves
Online and available to accept Service Calls.
Muve-it Customers create Service Call requests which get pushed out to available Drivers based on their
proximity from the pickup address. They will receive details of the Customer cargo, pickup and drop-off
address as well as estimated earnings.
Service Calls can be accepted or declined. Muve-It documents a Drivers Acceptance/Decline ratio for
the purpose of Driver ratings.
Once accepted, the Driver will be routed to the Customer pickup address to start the Service of
transporting the customer goods. When a Service Call has been successfully completed the Driver must
take a picture of the customer goods at the Drop-off address and upload it to close the Service Call.

This action notifies the Customer that the Service has been completed and then confirms the total
charges for the Service Call. Customers and Drivers can rate one another and Customers have an option
to tip the Muve-It Driver.
