Accredited by Ministry of health Tanzania, TanzMED is Mobile App and Web based which give people access to health knowledge, health information and Decision support tools on their fingertips. We are using 360' approach, means cut across all genders and age groups, and while doing so, we collect and generate dozens of data which then return to user for informed health decision.

TanzMED uses mobile technology to connect and share medical information, with TanzMED, user can get

• Health Knowledge in local language (Swahili), more than 600 health articles written by medical specialists, all available online and offline


• Online Medical Consultation (Including HIV/AID), BOT and human Doctors powered


• HIV/AIDS Portal - Dedicated page for HIV/AIDS knowledge, Connection to peers/stakeholders, find nearest testing centers, track your ARV usage / refills, HIV Risk factor calculator, recommendations and nearest self testing centers base on your GPS location


• Maternity -This gives a mother to be all resources needed during maternity period, such as weekly baby development, Clinic reminder & tracker, daily tips, weekly follow up, delivery plan, linkage with hospital / doctors and also link a male partner to the clinic.


• Children Health - Child growth chart visualization (base on height and Weight), Clinic reminder, vaccination reminders, consultation to pediatric Doctor, good parenting knowledge and more.


• GPS powered Medical facilities Database, user can search nearest facility and services provided, insurance accepted and more


• Corona - COVID-19 knowledge & facts, vaccination information, vaccination centers base on your gps (will be integrated) daily Corona tips and updates


• Social welfare: GBV quick Support and general knowledge


• Family planning toolwith Menstrual tracker which allows both partners (Male & Female) to follow, plan and get notified on every menstrual cycle

OUR IMPACT:

• We have reached more than 3.6 million people just for 2020


• Enabled more than 200,000 people per year to get right health knowledge


• We have resolved more than 2000 health related questions including HIV/AIDS


• We have enabled more than 6000 health facilities to be accessible online


• We have helped 300 mothers to manage their maternity, and 50 of them to plan their delivery and encouraged more than 100 fathers to take their partners to a clinic


• More than 300 children have been helped to have good health by educating, reminding and link their parents to best parenting practices


• More than 20 people have been reminded to refill ARV


• At least 100 people have been reminded on change in risk behaviors
