The Outcome-Based Education Committee of POLIMAS has charted several strategies in
ensuring the success of OBE implementation in the institution. The OBE QFacts initiative is the
fruition of collective efforts by the committee as a must-have document to complement these
strategies.
OBE QFacts is intended to assist POLIMAS in spreading OBE awareness to its community
management, academicians, support staff and students in view of OBE implementation. It is
straight forward and factually written for the readers to have a good measure of understanding
in basic terminologies, general ideas and concepts of OBE.
Nevertheless, it is never intended to be used as a full reference for OBE. Readers would need
to access to other resources available as in onthe-shelves copies or on-line in order to
understand and comprehend the comprehensive nature of OBE.
