1. Notifications not being shown on mobile, if the app is not open. 2. Disconnection issue. Noise watch is good but App is making it useless. Hope they work on it and correct the same. There is no easy way to reach out to the customer care and get the issue resolved. What I don't understand is that, this is one of the largest selling smartwatch in India? Also, they keep changing thier apps so that the rating and review is reset, but still their rating becomes less than 2, everytime.
Recent updates in the app has fixed the crashing issue where the app was crashing constantly, even just after starting. But another issue I am facing after the update is that it's not syncing up the data of previous days, which I can see in watch. It synced today's data but not showing previous data. I found that the data needs to be synced on daily basis. Or else it shows data for the day when it's synced. That's weird. Though it shows all data in watch. This is not acceptable. Plz fix ASAP.
Please bring a firmware update to the watch, i have to set alarms from the phone app, the interface on the watch doesn't work. I've got nothing more to say, just look at the other reviews, the app is buggy, get's disconnected after a while even after allowing the app to run in the background, i get the same notifications 3 times on the watch, which is very frustrating, and the pedometer is faulty. The app needs to be fixed. The raise to wake feature takes ages to light up the display.
Will this app get updated anytime soon? What even is the point of this app when it won't stay connected to the watch. And once it gets disconnected, there's no way to connect it again. There is no option to keep watch face active all the time, we have to either keep pressing the side button or flip the wrist again and again. Hoping that some updates are coming soon, I'll happily change my rating. But, right now both the watch and the app is disappointing.
Need lots of improvements. I have the following problems/suggestions for the watch: 1. There is no option to turn on the display permanently. 2. There should be an option to set the display timing. 3. Watch faces are too less for someone purchasing amoled display watch. Either create more or give an option to customise your own. 4. Response time for twist and the screen turning on is slow. I think a software update should fix that. Summary: Watch quality good. Features and app suck!'
