In case you're curious: KINDU was created by a group of doctors who were inspired by a sexual health class in med school. The class was meant to expose us straight-laced medical students to the full spectrum of human sexuality. We learned about fetishes, bondage and discipline, toys, positions, low libido, erectile dysfunction etc. You should have seen us blush!
We were fascinated and embarrassed at the same time. This made us realize the delicate nature of desire. We first developed KINDU as a hobby back in 2008. After further research, we discovered that intimacy is crucial to a healthy love life. The purpose behind our app became more about connection, communication, novelty, and fun.
With KINDU, we strive to promote a love-positive lifestyle. Love is love and we wholeheartedly support the LGBT community. KINDU is meant to incorporate the whole spectrum of what couples do. I love this app! Would get 5 stars except I paid to unlock decks early and never got them. I emailed the developer and never got a response. Don't waste your money just wait for the daily decks to unlock on their own.
I love the ideas that the cards present. HOWEVER, my wife ignores the app because it takes 3 to 4 minutes (I have timed this, it is NOT an exaggeration) to get to the point where you can answer any questions. It's almost as if the app has to report back to central servers after every button press and that server is located on Ellesmere island connected via 56k modem. Cannot recommend until the app is quicker.
i love the idea, but it has a really bad interface, which takes a lot away from the usefulness. Every day you and your partner answer 12 new questions (and 50 if you buy a pack), but you can't see which matches are new from that day, its just a huge list from all time that you also can't search through or filter in any way. To see the new matches you have to manually look through the whole list and try to remember which ones are new.
The idea of this app is great and for the most part works. There are some flaws but it does get you and your partner talking about new ideas for things to do together, and that's kinda the point isn't it? Some sexy and others just good date ideas. Could use some work but ultimately fulfills what it's meant to do. Would recommend to all sexually active couples even if you communicate well already or are pretty experienced. Having new ideas can't hurt and it's fun to check off items you've done.
This is a fun app, my wife and I enjoyed it a lot but I can't give it a good rating because I tried to purchase additional packs twice now and I get an error that says it could not contact the server so I don't get the packs but my payment still guess through. I emailed the support but never got any response. App is just stealing money without supplying the purchased product and then not answering complaints about it."
