Very bad experience with Grabcery. Items are in bad condition, handing is very poor. They are I think buying from road side or like same kind of places. They asked 1 hours for delivery and delivered after 5-6 hours. And main thing price got increased for most of the items in air. I think they must get some idea from bigbasket and groofers. My time waisted and money also.
This app is very useful for grocery delivery and meat delivery as well. Mostly I ordered meat related products all the time. Assured On time delivery. Delivery person will call you from the store and will check your requirements.This is very appreciable effort to grab customers like us. These services are parked few months back. Really waiting for grand come back...!!!
Service is good but they delivered old products and nearly gonna expire products. thought of trying this app but never ever gonna order again. insects also there in the packet even if it is not expired and some loose products they packed left outs only not fresh toor dal,urad dal and all smell coming.
1. App and website says 1hr delivery, even after 7hrs they havent delivered. 2. delivery guy doesnt respond and customer sevice is also waste, nothing happens when u report an issue. 3. products listed are not guaranted to be delivered. delivery guy called me and told 4 out of 30 items are not available and only different brand is available. and it wont be returned to you if u make online it will only be credited as points to claim. still waiting for order to be delivered(quality unknown)
Price keep changing that too inbetween after your order placed and before delivery.price increases.beware of this please.if u want to update price do it overnight or with outage.not after order placing.and one of my refund not processed.not all listed products are available.after ordering so goes for refund that never process. Nothing to blame on delivery person.poor process followed.'
