Comments:
App has a fatal bug - I cannot enter my street name without a crash. I get to the third letter in the street name and the app closes every time. I am running the most recent Android version on a a Pixel 5, vanilla. Issue persists after clean reboot and reinstalls - app is unusable
DSNY might use use this app to send updates trash pickups and let you know about changes. But it doesn't. E.g: my usual pickup is for monday, but it often doesn't happen till Tuesday, and sometimes not at all. Why can't the app actually tell me when pickups have to be rescheduled? I'm sure that's complicated but it's better than trash bags lining my whole block half the week because a pickup was canceled.
In theory this app should work... but I am left disappointed. I made two scheduled appointments with DSNY and to have large items picked up as the app instructed and have the service requested number for the scheduled pickup. Yet the pickup was not made for the second time.
I read this app one-star because the of the issue that I've been having with sanitation they are not picking up the recycle on the days of supposed to go out and I keep on putting the f****** recycled back in behind my gate this app does not give specific dates of when garbage supposed to go out on the exact date in this is becoming very annoying so whoever designed this at need to get this app in order correctly or talk to the goddamn workers that posed to be doing a f****** job this app is b**
Ever since the last update this app has been causing my phone to restart constantly. Please fix for SM-J377A. It keeps crashing in the background service and makes my phone restart.'
