Comments:

First time in the process of using user... The only reason I'm giving it 4 * is because when I went to tap the machine to pay it started grabbing every other machine around me but the one I was at. Other then that it was super fast to play online and add my info and get my laundry started, long as payment and security of my card stay in tack I will come back and use this method again.

Buggy system. Says machines are in use when clearly not and vice versa. I cannot dry my clothes for the time I need to. Very inconvenient that I NEED to use an app to do my laundry now.

Horrible UX/UI and even worse on their website. No place to view all transactions? Just show all the nearby machines instead of cycling through them trying to trick people into selecting a machine they aren't using.

It is a very efficient way to get needful things, like clean clothes clean, and in a safe and sober place with most common sense people.

`It occasionally locks one's clothes in and upon contacting assistance says they can't do anything on their end. Also frequently won't accept payment by saying "machine not available" for particular people but another person can walk up and it lets them use it. Temperamental as all hell and the interface is *nasty*. Doesn't even list dryers and requires manually entering them where I am`
