Doesn't load at all. Been a big supporter of vance and hines for a very long time but I'm starting to think I should look into other options. Between my fp3 not working well, my monster round mufflers (750 when I bought them) chrome bubbling and peeling off and the customer service I received recently v&h doesn't seem to appreciate or want my business, unfortunate
The sounds are fantastic and the app loaded with no issues at all. There are a TON of choices per model. The one issue is that when you want to switch to a different pipe, you have to back almost all the way out of the app to to listen to the next one. For instance, you pick a bike family, then pick a product, then pick which sound, then hit play. To listen to the next one you back all the way to the family and do all of that again. There should be a way to just jump to the next model of exhaust
Some people are complaining about the app, but I have never had any issues whatsoever with it, V & H are a great company, with excellent support & customer service
