TRAI CMS is an easy to use, simple application that can solve a frequently occurring and a
very time-consuming issue faced by a telecom subscriber. Often a mobile subscriber is faced with an issue where he/she is charged for Value Added Services (VAS) which the user has either not opted or given double consent for. TRAI CMS App will automatically populate the list of VAS services activated in the last 30 days with details such as the date of activation / de-activation as well as the status of user double consent and the date that it was recorded on. The application will allow users to raise claim for refund for the services which are activated without user's double consent. In addition to the above-mentioned features, the application will also show a count of claims raised with the status of the claims as well as the status of each complaint.

Too many login after try 5 minutes this is not happened for long time periods .I mean in short time login many attempt login provide free for public services.
Saw so many people with same issue as mine, Vodafone is asking to install this app, now I won't even think about this app. Vodafone is just looting money from people and when asking for explanation they are asking to play online 3rd party app. Better to switch to other operator instead of burning your blood with pathetic service.
Very pathetic. First of all the app does not get open at all. After installation it got stuck on the first page, doesn't even take me to sign in page. Uninstalled and installed again, but still the same result. Worst app.
If Vodafone is marketing this app then you need to understand that there will be no action taken on your VAS deductions made without consent. Worst part is that the VAS item does not show up at all (missing evidence !) so Vodafone is happy at asking mobile users to play online this app. If TRAI is serious let users lodge complaints even if the VAS item does not show up and then levy HUGE penalties on the mobile operator.
Not worth app for Vodafone subscribers. Vodafone has been deducting prepaid balance for VAS services, WAP services with out any knowledge of subscriber. and having this app does not help as there is no details displayed on this. Developer of the app needs to learn how to sync the data.'
