Comments:
The Android version constantly kicks many staff members out. This only happens on the android phones. It happens when you first open the app and it is loading, or while loading within the app. This is horrible, as we are now checking residents out of our system as college ends. We have to put our customer short name back in and go online and re-add them.
My employer requires photos of everything for our apartment inspections. The app will not let me take and upload photos. Whenever I do the app says "unable to process image, please use another. " I have to check out an iPad to get my work done.
App constantly un-authenticates Android users, requiring them to visit the desktop site to reauthenticate again. Tends to happen when the app freezes.
There's lots of blue which is aesthetically pleasing. This app is great for finding private information.
Finally! Android users have a StarRez app!! For those who think this does not work, just get some assisstance from StarRez Care Online they have instructions there to tell you how to activate. I finally do not have to be jealous of all those iPhone users!!'
