Makes waiting in line a distant memory, well done with the organisation and structure of the app. Ease of use and functionality is top standard.
Exceptionally well-designed and easy to use app. Once everything is set up - account, billing address, payment method - purchasing a Skybus ticket is lightning fast. I literally did it in less than 10 seconds while queuing to board the plane. And the ticket is immediately available in the app. Great alternative to doing it on the website.
Crashes when viewing a ticket, leading to a very awkward situation trying to get on the bus.
According to the app there are no services at the moment, but hello, one just turned up. Website is useless as it just redirects to the app, which is useless (for timetables). Buying tickets is fine, but being able to add them to Google Pay would be a bonus.
Tried for two days to open the app. Keeps saying its unfortunately stopped. I have gone to other locations thinking it was maybe my satellite connection but still the same even with faster connection. I've been using the bus for over 15 years and never had this problem. Help"
