How it works:

Once youve submitted your application, it will be processed by our team and someone will get back to you about training and the next steps to becoming a Fielder!
Assignments can vary from full length surveys (typically 45 minutes to 1 hour) to queries; small question sets that can be completed in minutes.
Payments depend on the type of assignment you choose to complete and in Kenya, payment is sent straight to your MPesa account - simple!
If you move counties for college or university or take an extended break outside of your community, no problem! Once youve become a Fielder, youll be able to accept assignments for wherever you live or study.
