This is a brilliant concept: Automatically generating workouts based on available workout equipment, time, and working around injuries. The coach behind the app also has videos for every workout generated to show you how to do it. As someone without a lot of workout equipment, not a lot of time, and limited workout knowledge, having these workouts generated for me has been greatly helpful.
I use this 3 to 4 times a week for a new workout every time! Love the variety and ability to replace movements!
Why does this app ask for permissions to make phone calls? I denied the access and the app will not launch without it having phone control.
My favorite part was seeing the videos of what each exercise is supposed to look like.
Just what I needed to get back on track... professional programming at the touch of a finger!!!'
