The JabuMind App is designed for teachers' busy lives and hectic schedules. Weve created a customized iRest meditation experience for teachers. iRest is an evidence-based method proven to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, increase well-being, and improve sleep. While choices abound for general mindfulness meditation apps (some, in our opinion, are quite excellent), none, until now, have made the teacher the sole design-focus. We are deeply committed to improving the health and well-being of teachers. We believe that a teacher sets the tone for the whole classroom, and that happy, successful teachers lead to happy, successful students. If we can help keep talented teachers in the profession by making their wellness a priority, whole communities will reap the benefits.

It is important to us that you, the teacher, feel not only seen and heard, but also safe. Be assured that we will NOT share your personal data or information with anyone, including your employers. We also want you to know that we value your opinion. Weve based the design of our app on the opinions and ideas of 100s of teachers, each one of them weighed and considered, and were not done listening; in fact, we never will be.
