The Gender Fitness app is a fresh new approach to addressing gender balance in the workplace. It lets you provide feedback on the meetings you attend, giving the meeting host a Gender Fitness score.

How it works
Gender Fitness takes both the attendee feedback and the gender balance of the meeting and calculates a Gender Fitness score. As a meeting host your score is updated in real time, so you get instant insights into your performance.

- Your feedback is private and anonymous.
- Provide feedback on meetings as soon as they finish.
- Get a Gender Fitness score each time you host a meeting.
- Synchronises with your email server. So your meetings are loaded and kept up to date automatically.
- See the percentage of attendees that have given you feedback. So you know when to remind attendees to give you feedback.
- View your Gender Fitness score by week, month or year to date. So you can see changes over time.
- See a breakdown of your score. So you know how you’re performing based on user feedback and gender split (these scores combined make up your Gender Fitness score).
- Get notified when your score changes.
- Login with a PIN or your Touch ID (supported devices only).
