Honestly this app is as horrible as it can be, every few mins the moment screen is turned off it disconnects from the server and then does not connect back. The UI is good but execution is very very poor and no proper qa has been done before releasing it to play store. More to add to it the device or the app name also conflicts with the cSip voip app that is an open source app on playstore, if you have csip installed this app does not install.. Developers have tried to copy paste the code. Sa
What is working in this app? 1. Very slow 2. Does not work for Bluetooth earphones 3. Eats battery like crazy. 65% battery usage in 4 hrs. 4. If you are in call and swipe the notifications, there is no way to get back to the call. You can only hear the other person speaking. You cannot mute or even disconnect the call. No wonder half of your workforce is getting fired for incompetency.
For outgoing calls it is good... But the app have some Incomming issue... Sometime it gave announcement that the number is not registered, ringtone volume is too low, some time app get hang as a result it became impossible to reciave a call... Overall call maturing and call quality is very good.. Developer plz provide some update to resolve such issue... Thanks
This app is really a disappointing one because it is not working. No incoming and outgoing calls work properly. Moreover, every time, this app gets hang. Repeated contacts for assistance with BSNL customer care service yield no useful advice. BSNL launched it with much prestige but doesn't come up with the expectation of the user.
Just doesn't work. I have been using this service for a year now. Their official page shows support for grandstream wave app but not for this official app. I have managed to place a few calls. However the number does not stay registered at all times so incoming calls never seem to come thru. I called customer care of bsnl and the support rep had no clue as to what this wings service is all about. Seems like a proof of concept that we are paying for."
