Methodist My Care play online

The Methodist My Care Portal helps individuals and families connect with their care team and take a more active role in their health. Through the Methodist My Care Portal mobile app, you have real-time access to Methodist Health Systems online portal. There youll find your latest health care information as well as services to help you plan, understand and engage in your care.

Once Methodist Health System grants you access to its online portal and creates an account for you, simply sign into the Methodist My Care Portal mobile app with your user name and password.

The Methodist My Care Portal app allows you to:

- Securely message your provider and health care team

- View your health information and electronic medical records

- Request prescription refills

- Schedule appointments with your primary care provider

- Cancel and reschedule all appointments

- Access health system resources, including tools to find doctors and clinic locations
