Terrible experience, paid for tickets successfully but no tickets found in my ticket section, no email no notification. Have emailed to cs but no reply and hotline is not reachable. I am so disappointed.
To complicated just for re-claim my password or ID! It not even work after I do all the step!!!
Buggy app. Nothing happen after successful payment - no tickets, no notification, no message. 15mins later, my wallet app said that the order has been cancelled. Now, i have to wait for weeks for bank to confirm the transaction and return my money.
Works super slowly and crashes alot. Often find myself waiting ages for this app to load. Not recommending downloading it.
Many ad, why it still run in background when i deni on setting.'
