Highly responsive customer service. Queries are resolved easily through chats and phone calls are avoided to the extent possible. Great experience. Quite an easy app to use - very user friendly.
Worst experience using the app, not getting any idea of what exactly the app is doing. No clearance of any products,stores,& worst in delivery also. The reason that you are mentioning is good to see for other people, as i had ordered & was constantly in touch with the shop owner he didn't even told that the order was canceled by him nor he told me reorder again. Please don't give reasons that cannot be validated.
On 2nd september I ordered an item and made an online payment. I got a call from some executive of Digital Mart that the item is no longer available..and he also assured my that my amt. Will be refunded back the very next day.but now its been 3 days.I have not got my amt. I have dropped a mail as well and even have sent them a msg on whats app..yet no response.
Order once i placed she told to cancel and put new one as some products are not available then again i put order which she canceled and the old one is appearing while delivery.....it's better to speak direct ......third class app and worst service..... Today on 24 june i ordered from purohit bhojnalay....and food was pathetic ....image they have put are all fake .... don't use this app....cheaters ...no other word...i want my money back....they are adding third class service providers
