ccdiff play online

This app displays a Chinese character in different fonts from different regions with the purpose of highlighting small differences. It might be useful if you ever were confused when studying more than one of the following: Japanese Chinese characters (kanji), Taiwanese traditional Chinese characters, Mainland simplified Chinese characters, Mainland traditional characters, Hong Kong traditional characters or Korean Chinese characters (hanja). The app can also be useful in studying the intricacies of the Unicode Han unification. If you are interested in these kind of minute differences you might also be interested in the Source Han Sans project from which I have used a few fonts.

Licenses for the fonts are available in the app but for some licenses I only provide a web link.

This app was made using Apache Cordova which means that it is essentially a web page that you could run locally from your PC as well.
