Calmfulness play online

Calmfulness is an application for improving your well-being. The app takes you out to natural routes, along which the user gets a changing selection of refreshing Mindfulness exercises. Calmfulness uses Bluetooth to detect beacons hung along the route, and after finding a beacon provides you with an uplifting and energizing Mindfulness exercise.

Using Calmfulness is as simple as it gets. Start up the app, start up the scan for beacons and off you go! The app shows where you currently are on a map and selectable routes to guide you along the way.

Calmfulness app has been funded by the Finnish Ministry of Education and Culture and is part of Liikkuva Koulu program.
