Impossible to request a refund when an order is messed up. The app keeps asking me to sign in and forgets my payment info.

Can't place an order because my card info is never saved. I tried putting the info in 3x and it deletes it every time.

Good, healthy, affordable food but typically very slow, bad service in the restaurant (Longwood) and glitchy app that often doesn't let you use promotions you have. App orders are almost never ready to pick up within 20 minutes. You have to hound the staff to get the order that was supposed to be ready to pick up.

This app sucks now. It used to be easy to use and self explanatory, and now it doesn't keep track of my past orders, nor my rewards. The email tells me to redeem through the app but the app has no option for that. The convenience of being able to have orders saved and just click on a previous order is gone now that it doesn't save my order. Very annoyed so I'm uninstalling it now.

The restaurant is amazing and the customer service is so helpful, and go above and beyond to help the customer. The food is awesome, and it makes eating out as a vegetarian so much easier because this restaurant cares about no cross- contamination, which means you know your food is actually vegetarian or vegan. I have to say that the eggplant meatballs are the best things I've ever eaten in my life, ( they even rival my Italian grandfather's meatballs, but you didn't hear that from me lol!)"
