Live monitoring of the performance is shown in this app. Graphical representation makes it easier for interpretation and assess the performance level of your solar system. In case of any discrepancy you will also have the facility of raising a ticket to complain about the issues and track the ticket as well under "My Complaints" tab. Your ticket will be raised and a technician will visit your place to assess the problem and address it accordingly.

Once you have made the payment the progress report of your project will be visible in your app. You can keep a track of what is the status and at which stage your project is in, it is in the payment approval stage, material dispatch stage, installation stage or testing stage. Everything will be vividly clear in the app.
