I've used it for about 1-2 years with the MOCA cuff. When it's working it's great. But it's somewhat glitchy, although it's been improved. I've found that mine tends to read higher than the blood pressure cuffs at most health care providers. It's not very intuitive, and the instructions, last time I checked, were sketchy. Support reps have generally been good. It's a good system, but don't expect it to be always easy to use, or perfect. It takes my BP, and exports it [except at the moment I'm having trouble with exporting
