I'm Dana Schwandt from Ichgold, spiritual life coach and my mission with Ichgold is to help millions of people replace helplessness, resignation and blame with more connectedness and aliveness. I believe that a more caring and safer world for our children starts with ourselves.

In the last 20 years I have accompanied tens of thousands of people in our courses to a more authentic and healthier life.
However, it is much more important to me that my radically honest Into Being Coaching Method (in which I also train coaches) is intended to achieve the goal of transforming our stressed, fear-based life into one with more authenticity and juicy joie de vivre .
Together, one conversation, one relationship, one home at a time, we can create a more loving and safer world for our children that celebrates each individual as an individual.
