EmpowerU-Guru Sarthi play online

EmpowerU-Guru Sarthi (Friend of Teacher) is one of its kind application that serves to every requirement of a teacher by providing them with personalised learning content, assessment and need-based training. The application consists of three sections :

1. Need Assessment( TNA): It enables assessment of teachers with online assessment system with MCQ questions and automated evaluation.

2. Personalised Content (Personalised Learning Pathway): In this section, a teacher can access
learning content based on their assessment grade. This will be very useful as teachers can easily learn any concept which seemed hard to them earlier.

3. Need-based Training (Automated Scheduler): It automatically generates a training schedule for every teacher at the block and district level.

The application will also help teachers in bettering their pedagogy through training and become an expert in their own subject. It will guide every teacher in a personalised way. The application is developed by Promorph Solution Pvt Ltd and supported by BCG(The Boston Consulting Group).

Note: Currently, only the Teacher Needs Assessment(TNA) section is available for beta-testing , other features( personalised content and need-based training) will be activated soon.
