In the German DRG-System (G-DRG) billing of hospital-treatments requires codification of diagnoses and procedures using official catalogs (resp. ICD and OPS), published by DIMDI (www.dimdi.de).
The official policy for handling these catalogs, called "Deutsche Kodierrichtlinien", is published on a yearly basis by InEK (www.g-drg.de). The full text of these rule sets, meant for use in german hospitals, is presented in this app.
