CTDROID is a coordinate transformation tool designed for Sri Lanka
The tool will access the location information from the device GPS sensor (or any other location provider) and performs coordinate transformation to convert WGS84 latitude, longitude and height values in to Sri lanka National grid coordinates adhering to SLD99 or KANDAWALA datums.

I have been using this app since my undergraduate studies as a Civil Engineering student. Very useful app. Can easily convert coordinates from WGS84 to SLD99 with good accuracy.

Superb app... I'm working in military related job so it very much important and easy to use. Every time we are not in a position to bring GPS with this now we can forget that GPS and go. thank you CTDroid.
